Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company details, project requirements, account information, saved brand-discovery projects, notes, and proposal requests. We also collect basic technical and usage information when you use this site, including device and browser information, pages visited, interactions, approximate location derived from IP address, and diagnostic data.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve our services, operate accounts and saved projects, respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, secure and troubleshoot the site, understand how visitors use it, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Analytics and service providers
We use Vercel Analytics to measure site traffic and Microsoft Clarity to understand site interactions through tools such as session recordings and heatmaps. These services may collect usage, device, and interaction data using cookies or similar technologies. Supabase provides authentication and data storage. Vercel hosts the site, and email or form-delivery providers may process information submitted through our forms. These providers process information under their own privacy terms and on our behalf where applicable.
Cookies and choices
The site may use cookies and local storage for authentication, security, preferences, and analytics. You can limit cookies through your browser settings, although doing so may affect account features. Browser privacy controls may also limit certain analytics collection.
Sharing and retention
We share information only with service providers that help operate AgoraTide, when you direct us to, in connection with a business transaction, or when required to protect rights, safety, and legal interests. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including business, security, and legal requirements.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, use our contact form. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Security, children, and changes
We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. AgoraTide is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as our services change; the effective date above identifies the latest version.
